A warm oil for your skin and a warm cup for your evening. Our 250ml Vata Balancing Body Oil and Black Krishna Tulsi & Ashwagandha Tea, paired for the cooler, drier days of autumn.

Every autumn I notice the same shift. The evenings come in early, the air turns dry and cold, and I start to feel a little more scattered than I'd like.

In Ayurveda, this is Vata season: cool, dry, light and changeable. The traditional answer is gentle: more warmth, more routine, more grounding. So I made a set for exactly that.

Vata Balancing Body Oil, 250ml (Udal Thailam) - * Contains Sesame Oil
A rich, warming oil for self-massage (abhyanga), made for dry autumn skin.  Warm the bottle in a bowl of hot water, smooth it over your skin and let it sink in. This larger size is made for regular use, so a self-massage can become part of your week rather than a once-in-a-while treat.

Black Krishna Tulsi & Ashwagandha Tea, [size]
Dark-leaf Krishna Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum), with its peppery-clove aroma, has long been used traditionally to support calm and clarity. Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) is the earthy, slightly sweet anchor, traditionally taken to support strength and steady energy. Together they make a deep, warming cup.

Why they belong together
The oil looks after your skin from the outside and the tea warms you from the inside. Both draw on the same Ayurvedic idea of warmth and routine for the cooler months.

Please note

If you have a medical condition, take medication (especially thyroid, sedative or immunosuppressant medicines), or are due surgery, speak to your healthcare professional first. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet.
